- Place frozen katsu on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Heat for 16-18 minutes, turning halfway.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
Conventional Oven
- Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Place frozen katsu on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Heat for 18-20 minutes, turning halfway.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
Air Fryer
- Preheat to 400°F (204°C).
- Place frozen katsu in basket (single layer).
- Heat for 13-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
