Consent for the Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Data

By submitting this inquiry, you provide consent for Betagro Public Company Limited and its affiliates, and Reuven International (collectively referred to as the “Companies”) to collect, use, and disclose your personal data to respond your request as mentioned. 

However, to ensure the compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand and The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act of Canada (“Applicable Laws”), the Companies hereby requests your explicit consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for the following purposes:
1. Product Service Improvement and Analysis: To survey your satisfaction, and analyze your interests and purchase history to evaluate, improve, conduct research, plan, and develop products, services, and various promotional programs of the Companies to better meet your needs.
2. Marketing  Personalized Notification: To notify you of product or service alerts, benefits, promotional programs, marketing activities, special offers via telephone / SMS / E-mail / social media / mail and others.
3. Affiliate Disclosure: To disclose your personal data to our affiliates to notify you of their own products or services, promotional programs, marketing activities special offers via telephone / SMS / E-mail / social media / mail and others. 

In some cases, we may transmit or transfer your personal data to the Companies’ database which are operated and managed in foreign country (Thailand). In such case, the Companies shall provide adequate protection and security measures in accordance with the applicable laws.
* If you do not give consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal
data, the Companies may be unable to process your request, manage our
contractual relation, or provide the requested assistance.
